This is a great book for a fun, fast read. The characters are well defined without too much background, and the story moves along at a good pace. It keeps you interested and engaged the whole time. You won't want to put it down. The mystery is well thought out, and the cast of characters will be fun to follow in future books. I highly recommend it.

As the second in the series this is another great mystery. Hard to put it down. Several new characters are introduced, but the author does a great job defining them quickly so that the story keeps moving, and the twists in the story will leave you wondering whose side you're on. This has the makings of a great series. Highly recommend both books, and will anxiously await the next in the series.

The cast of characters not only have a new murder to solve, but are confronted with people from the past with unclear motives, which keeps you guessing throughout.
